I’ll bet you’re wondering how things are going with our new cat Max. If you’re not, I’m giving you cute cat photos anyway.
It’s been a month since we’ve adopted Max, a two-year old gray tabby. The kids are absolutely in love with him. He loves snuggles and chasing balls. He also hovers under the dinner table, hoping for us to drop something good. I think he’s really a dog in disguise.

Pixie is slowly allowing him into her space. It’s funny how some days she wants nothing to do with him. Other days she provokes him on purpose.
Max and I have a nightly routine. He sleeps on me while the husband and I watch tv on the couch. Max follows the husband around in the kitchen and throws himself at the husband’s feet. So cute.
It’s safe to say that we’re smitten with our new family member.
