Pixie has only been with our family for 15 months, but she’s made her mark. I was away for five days for Blogalicious and part of me missed the cat as much as I missed my kids. Almost. But don’t tell the kids. Pixie missed me too. She followed me around for a couple of days.
In fact, we keep each other company in my office. She always makes her presence known by sitting right in front of my monitor. Or, if she’s feeling especially feisty, she sits on my keyboard. Not very helpful when I’m trying to type.
Most of the time, she sleeps on the piles of papers on my desk. I’ve cleaned off my desk for her, but she still chooses to sleep on a stuff. It’s pretty amusing until I realize that she’s sleeping on a paper I need.
Working from home can be a lonely endeavor, so I’m glad that Pixie reminds me to take a break and pet her. Typical cat.

She's adorable! It's so funny how they have their little routines and how they definitely let you know what they prefer, like sleeping on top of all your papers. Love animals! Now I want a cat!

I love Pixie's coloring, she's beautiful! And of course you missed her. Furbabies are our children as much as our human children are! I love having Frankie with me when I work at home, too. It definitely makes work much less lonely!

Our cat came with my husband, and I have a love-hate relationship with him (the cat! not my husband! LOL). But I do find his ways somewhat endearing.
