We getting our second blast of polar air this winter in DC. It’s frakking cold! At least we got a bit of snow (something like 5-7″ in 24 hours) for the kids to play in. I’m spreading a bit of the cold and snow to you, my readers, with snowy photos!
I knew I was in trouble as soon as we stepped onto the untouched snow. My husband was at work so I was the next target for a snowball fight!
They got me! I didn’t mind though.
We didn’t last that long outside. The weather was in the teens. Since DC doesn’t normally get weather this cold, our coats were not designed to keep us warm in that weather for an extended period of time. Also, my fingers were frozen from throwing snowballs at the kids.
