Are you ready for Halloween? We’re not prepare yet. In fact, I haven’t even started on the kids’ costumes! Whether you’re buying or making costumes this Halloween, you can get in a spooky mood with The Washington Ballet’s Dracula.
Please note that Dracula is not appropriate for children, but Dracula will make a great date night or a ladies night out. Here’s the official blurb:
One of the entertainment events of the year, The Washington Ballet presents Michael Pink’s chilling blockbuster Dracula. This wildly theatrical and voluptuous ballet is a breathtaking story of passion, yearning, cruelty and sacrifice. Dracula stakes its claim as this Halloween’s most thrilling adventure. Pink’s Count is a mesmerizing seducer of the darkest order, providing a fresh interpretation of one of Western culture’s most haunting stories.
Sounds creepy and fun at the same time, right?
Dracula runs from October 24th through November 4th. Performances are in Eisenhower Theater at John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Tickets start at $25.
For tickets, call the box office at 202.467.4600 or visit the box office in person: The Kennedy Center Box Office, 2700 F St. NW, Washington, DC.
