It’s no shock that I love Twitter. I have an embarrassingly number of tweets to my name, mostly due to my love for Twitter chats and live (or not so live) my favorite tv shows like Call the Midwife or Agents of Shield. I’m also a big fan of Amazon and am an Amazon Prime member. Now two of my favorite internet companies have collaborated to make shopping as easy as sending tweet. The new #AmazonCart is super easy to use and makes shopping easier than ever.
Let me show how I used Amazon Cart made it easy to purchase a Bluetooth waterproof speaker for my shower. Every gal needs a waterproof Bluetooth speaker in her shower right? How else will I be able to belt “Let It Go?” or “Moves Like Jagger” to help me wake up during my morning shower?
First, follow Amazon on Twitter so you can see the cool products they tweet about with the hashtag #AmazonCart. The last time I looked, I saw a video about a banana slicer, video game pre-orders and books, of course. When you see something you want, just reply to the tweet with the hashtag #AmazonCart. Like this:
Since I hadn’t set up my Amazon Cart yet, Amazon sent me a link for a one-time, one-click setup (as long as you’re already signed into Amazon). BAM! The cute blue waterproof speaker is in my shopping cart.
Now I can leave it in my cart and add to it or purchase right away. For more detailed info, check out the video about how #AmazonCart works.
Amazon Prime offers 2-day shipping for its members, but here’s a secret: sometimes they arrive in less than 2 business days. I ordered the speaker on this past Friday and it arrived today, Monday. That’s pretty impressive since it was shipped over the weekend.
As soon as it arrived, I charged it up and took it for a test run. Um, without actually showering because this is a family blog.
The process was so easy, I’ve already added another item to my shopping cart:
Sssh, don’t tell the kids!
Have you tried out #AmazonCart yet? What did you buy?
Thanks #CollectiveBias for encouraging me to test out #AmazonCart. I might be a little addicted now. #cbias
Love my Amazon Prime subscription and didn't know about Amazon Cart. Making it even more easy to shop online. Very cool.

I was hearing about #AmazonCart on Z100 a few weeks ago. It sounded dangerous for me LOL I'd have a ton of stuff in my cart looking at what other people bought.
Danny has amazon prime and loves it. I don't have it but once my budget gets a little looser I might get it 🙂
Oh Mario Kart 8 …might have to dust off my gaming system for that 🙂
