Sophia has been complaining about the lack of snow since early December. The adults in our home are not complaining at all. After the crazy snow storms the past few winters, I'm happy for a respite.
We did get enough snow Friday night for it stick and look pretty. I convinced hubby to bundle up and head outside Saturday morning. It might the kids' only chance to play in snow this winter!

The snow might melt soon, but you can get more snow at Adventure Theatre's production of The Snowy Day, an adaptation based on Ezra Jack Keats book of the same title. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the book. We saw the show yesterday and the kids were mesmerized. The snowman was quite a hit with the audience.
